Background and Experience

Quickstep Organizing’s founder and principal, Déclan Córdova, has been profoundly influenced by his formative years growing up amidst a successful family-owned business within the commercial and residential construction industries, along with ongoing home improvement projects. He was raised to appreciate high quality workmanship by parents who have academic credentials and substantive experience in mechanical engineering, architectural drafting and business administration.

Accordingly, Quickstep Organizing has experience helping clients to control costs, resources and deadlines on repair, remodeling and business improvement projects. This has included clarification of project inception and deadline dates, budget and personnel controls, progress monitoring, documented communications, verification of credentials of contractors or specialists, equipment selection, risk management and loss prevention and quality controls.
